About the LEGAL REVOLUTIONary
The legal market is in a state of transition. Shouldn't the legal media, especially the magazines that accompany the digital transformation of the economy, also evolve? For us, the answer is clear:
In ten years, the leading periodical in the field of commercial law will be an e-journal - ours!
Since the end of 2017, the LEGAL REVOLUTIONary - Journal of Law in the Digital Economy has been publishing the legal context of the digitization of the economy and the economic and legal aspects of the digitization of the legal system on LEGAL-REVOLUTIONary.com.
So far, no publication bundles the legal issues arising from the digital transformation of the economy. The LEGAL REVOLUTIONary closes this gap.
Through its practically relevant, scientifically grounded and often multidisciplinary contributions, the LEGAL REVOLUTIONary is THE source for law in the digital economy on the Internet and is constantly cited.
E-journals like the LEGAL REVOLUTIONary offer decisive advantages over traditional print magazines.
For readers: e-journals are more reader-centric and offer a better user experience. They are permanently freely accessible to the entire legal and compliance market and are not reserved for database subscribers. The articles can be accessed from any terminal, regardless of location. They prevent media disruption and make legal work more efficient. Their range of instruments is much broader and extends from the possibility of setting links to moving images.
For Authors: e-journals are not subject to any submission or editorial deadlines and publication dates. They are therefore also more author-centered. Contributions can be published continuously. The author gains a noticeably higher level of attention, since his or her contribution does not disappear in a database accessible only to subscribers. Legal research begins today with Google or any other search engine. In addition, the author profiles that have been created ensure a stronger networking of the scene. Through the ISSN, all contributions can also be retrieved as PDF and HTML versions directly from the database of the German National Library. In addition, the contributions are often cited in monographs, expert articles and also on Wikipedia.
For the environment: e-journals are less harmful to the environment than print media. Especially if the expansion of renewable energies for power supply in Germany continues to advance, the online medium will clearly set itself apart and sustainably conserve our forests and biodiversity.
The LEGAL REVOLUTIONary focuses on three content areas:
1. Law of the Digital Economy:
2. Business and management, e-justice:
