With 17 years of experience in human resources, including 13 years as human resources manager in a major international law firm, advising law firms is an industry-specific focus of her work. She knows the structures and processes in large law firms as well as the special requirements for partners and employed lawyers and it is easy for her to adjust to the respective demanding situations and topics. Her main focus in coaching lies in communication, leadership and self-management, especially with regard to dealing with stress.
