Andrea Miskolczi is the Founder and Director of InterAlia Consulting, a strategy and transformation advisory boutique for legal leaders. Over her 25-year career in the legal industry, Andrea has held leadership roles in, inter alia, legaltech, innovation, business development, marketing, and talent development with Wolf Theiss and was the Europe Director of Innovation at Dentons. Before her foray into management, she worked as a transactional lawyer at Clifford Chance and Linklaters. Widely recognised in her field, Andrea frequently speaks and writes on topics such as applying AI and other technologies to legal workflows, change management, technology implementation and adoption, and the strategic challenges presented by a rapidly evolving multi-trend landscape. In 2022, she was shortlisted for the esteemed Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Award in the 'change maker' category.
