Karl H. Lincke is a partner and head of the German Desk of the Spanish commercial law firm Mariscal & Abogados. He has a dual license to practice as a lawyer in Germany and as an "Abogado" in Spain. He specializes in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and TMT law. He is chairman of the German Bar Association Spain (DAV). In the past, he was an extraordinary board member of the German Chamber of Commerce Abroad (AHK) in Spain and held the office of President of the Junior Chamber of Commerce for many years. His specialist articles and studies are regularly published in legal and business journals. Karl H. Lincke is also the author of various specialist books on Spain.
